So we went out to eat. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered from the kids menu. I was very confused when this came out, lol. I need to be a kid living in San Juan! This was the best pork chop I ever had.

As some of you may know, I've been super active in NSBE for 8 years now, and serve as the Professionals Chair for my region, which also gets me a seat serving double duty on the National board. I spent Thursday in an all day working session which was super productive!
