Happy Independence Day! I have guests in town visiting, so I'll make this short, but below is a glimpse into how I celebrated July 4th so far
Yup, these 2 hands made this brunch right after I hit the gym with my buddies (details on how below) . Decided to jazz up the plate with red raspberries and blue berries to get festive!
-Eggs: 3 eggs fried (of course with 1 maggie cube)
-Fruit Medley: Raspberries and Blueberries
-Homemade Salsa: 1 plum tomato, 1 clove of garlic, pinch of salt, sauteed in olive oil
-Salad: Fresh seasonal greens with balsamic vinegar
-Waffle: Flour, 1 egg and milk
-Avocado Topping: 1/2 sliced avocado
And here's to celebrating red, white and blue tonight! I'll be watching the fireworks tonight in these festive nails!
