      Frequently Asked Questions

      What are the recommended travel dates?

      Monday April 14th- Wednesday April 16th. We recommend flights that arrive no later than 11am on Monday April 14th, and depart no earlier than 5pm on April 16th. For those who want more time to explore the city or rest, we recommend arriving on Sunday and/or departing on Thursday or Friday.

       

      Can I upgrade my ticket later?

      Yes, you can upgrade from an education level to a VIP immersive level ticket as long as VIP tickets are not sold out. A link to upgrade will be included in your confirmation email for easy access.

       

      I was planning to come with one or two friends/team members. Are group tickets available?

      Yes, you can “bring your bestie for less” using the link included in your confirmation email. And you can email us at any time if you have further questions about this.

       

      Will you have a negotiated hotel block for attendees?

      Yes, we will have 2 blocks of rooms at hotels with rates under $250/night. The booking link and details will be shared with registered attendees, and we also will email reminders prior to the booking deadline.

       

      I see this event is for experienced event planners. How do I know if I qualify to attend?

      Our attendees on average have 8-12 years of experience, and as such, we teach advanced marketing and sales topics. We are up front with this so you are aware that, we don’t teach beginner topics such as “how to plan events” or “how to find vendors.” That said, each year we have those with just a few years of experience and who are on the fast track to growing their business and we welcome that for sure! We’ve seen planners in our community with just 3-4 years of experience hit their first 6-figure or multi-six figure year using our methods. As long as you have planned a successful events and are now focused on growing your business, you qualify to attend!
